It's half-term and today I've borrowed 2 other kids to keep company to my own to go to Kew Gardens. They were lovely but when we left Kew to walk toward the tube station, we passed a Nicolas Wine Merchant. I thought I had well desserved a glass of wine and we stopped.
I checked the stock and found out Nicolas has got:
A Pineau des Charentes (aperitif wine) , white for £11.50 and red for £13.50
They also stock
Saumur-Champigny ( Red) 2009 £9.99
Pouilly Fumé (Petits Champs: £14.99) (La Forge £13.99)
Pouilly-Montrachet ... £45
but at this price, I will have to get the whole class to justify it!
Promotion sur les vins de Bordeaux à partir du 9 mars.
